Part of the fun of visiting this place is its from-another-era feeling. Even the store's name is old-fashioned. A time when tv's were repaired as opposed to discarded. This is an unusual and one-of-a-kind place. Not the place to get rock-bottom prices, but one of the few places around that will at least try to repair things if you like. For me, it's the atmosphere and the mere existence of the place that makes me willing to try to support them.
As with any store of this kind, arm yourself with internet information before going in.
