My wife and I needed some repair service to our heating system one weekend, so I reached to this company for help. The technicians, one of whom is the owner's son, came to my home and diagnosed the problem. When I asked a few times about the approximate price of the repair, no one could give me a straight answer. This troubled me, but I was stuck in a poor position--my family, including an infant child--needed heat in our home. Early the next week, I received a bill for approximately $900. And when I complained about the negative surprise to the owner of the company, he was both combative and unsympathetic. He made it clear that I authorized the work. This is true, but when I asked the owner whether or not he would like it if he were stuck with a bill without some kind of preliminary glimpse or estimate of the sticker price, he had no credible response other than "that's the circumstance get on the weekend." I also found it difficult to believe that the owner's son had no reasonable clue about what my repair service would cost...Lesson learned. I will NEVER use this company again in the future!
