Radiance Salon (Rompal) 7/29/2012

I've been going to Rompal since it opened 20+ years ago. The new location is great. They have always been reliable, do a great job on manis/pedis/facials and massages. Ester and Sevil are the best! Diane more

Rompal has moved!!! 5/14/2012

Rompal, my favorite salon, has moved. The new address is 264 5th Avenue, Brooklyn NY between Garfield and Caroll street. I saw Ester and she told me the new name will be Radiance. Formally La Chandalier. There new number -- 718 965 9149 or 718 783 2457 I am glad that Ester is still in the area. I hope she does well in her new location. Cindy more

great waxing, great value 7/9/2008

I used to go to manhattan for waxing - but this place is a gem in the neighborhood. I've never had any problems. There was a change in ownership this year (an improvement!) The facials are also very good. I always make my appointments in advance, and they are good about calling if they have a cancellation, etc. more

I was disappointed when I came by to get a mani and medi 45 minutes before closing and they told me that they did not have time for me (the place was empty). My friend was satisfied with the quality of the manicures, but they did not seem very eager to work when I came by. more

Great pedicure, clean, nice people 8/17/2005

Service was great and I went on a weekday evening, when there were few people around. There was no wait and my friend who just came along for company was allowed to stay without a hassle. My pedicure lasted for weeks and was reasonably priced. The only negative I would state is that not all the staff were very friendly, but I found it to be isolated to a couple of people. more
