I always come back to the Fulton. It's consistently good and interesting.
Have a seat at the beautiful, dark, wood bar and order a drink. Ask for a menu, and you'll be shocked by the selection. Not your average burgers and fries. The pizzas are elegant and excellent, and the salads are almost too pretty to eat. The prices reflect the quality.
The upstairs dining room is cozy, and the menu is just as interesting and varied. Again, the prices do reflect the quality of the food.
Now realize this - the teeny kitchen you saw when you entered? That's where all this amazing food is coming from.
There's also a nice wood deck in the back, expanded in the past few years to hold quite a few people.
Not quite casual, and not quite super dressy - comfortable with amazing cuisine.
