I've been working out with Kennedy at Kings Fitness Training for three years and have a different body because of it -- I'm much stronger and leaner, and this is despite having a second child last year.
I am a lifelong athlete, and Kennedy is the first workout program I've had where I don't get horrible soreness after working out. He focuses on core strength, which is great for your back. And exercises work out several muscle groups at once, so you don't get that weird "gym body" some people get by focusing on a few machines.
He's also really nice, and my two kids -- ages 5 and 1 -- love playing with him while I lift weights.
