Chinese food is supposed to be flavorful, but the food here at HK City Seafood Restaurant is bland. I ordered Singapore Style Curry Noodles, and I expected it to be spicy. Instead, the noodles were wet (they should be slightly drier) and plain. However, the waitresses are very friendly, who try their best to speak English with their customers.
There never is a line here, so come on in. Their lunch menus are a bargain, which comes with a soup (usually it is hot and sour soup). I don't really like hot and sour soup, so I am indifferent when it comes to the soup.
