When you walk into the El Jardin Courtyard in downtown VTA, it's like entering an old European courtyard, and this view is a treat in itself. To maximize your visiting pleasure, go upstairs to the coffee loft, and sit on the balcony.
There may be a cover charge to enter the coffee loft if you patronize in the late evening, as it seems almost every night there is a band playing, but you can enjoy the ambience cover-free sitting at the lower level, and still hear the music.
The food, coffee, desserts and wine are all amazing, too!
