The Center is a welcoming and safe place for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities to seek help from a crisis, find community and learn to become an advocate of the issues that really matter to our community. With more than thirty programs and services, the Center offers something for everyone! They have mental health and social services that offer counseling for people struggling with alcohol and drug abuse, HIV/AIDS issues, coming out questions and mental health problems. They have a fantastic youth program, called Y.E.S. (Youth Enrichment Services), that serves people between the ages of 13 and 21 with leadership and peer education training programs, arts classes, a Learning Lab with 6 computers and HIV/AIDS prevention education. They also have great cultural and public policy programs that are stimulating and inspiring.
