I called after 4 on Thursday that I was having problems with my DVR. I was told they suspected a failing hard drive and it needed to be replaced. I expected and would have been happy to be scheduled for replacement the next week. No, they said they'd send someone right out and in about 40 minutes the repairman was here. Since we're 20 minutes out of Bemidji that's excellent. He replaced my box but also upgraded a lot of the other system. I was blown away with the service. more

Horrible service, lack of accountability 11/1/2017

If I could give negative stars, I would. PB Communications made a large error on my bill and instead of owning up to it and holding the person accountable who actually made the error, they are charging me. Oh...and they're "willing to work with me." If I wasn't so angry, it would be laughable. I will never recommend them! more

Local telephone operator 8/13/2005

They are the telephone service providers of the majority of the residents of Bemidji. Local calls are free and public phones can be found at convenient locations around town. They offer quick and hassle-free service. They also have really good, low rates for basic services such as voicemail, caller ID, and call transfer. more
