What happened? Is it out of business or changing location or just repair? It (was?) a decent shop. Great fishing staff! more

playing sports 10/21/2005

This shop has been in the neighborhood for many years. I didn't realize that this business was there that long. The owner is rather friendly and very accommodating. The have a whole line of ski wear and equipment in the winter season. In the summer, it is all about water sports. Their prices are really competitive but it's the extra customer satisfaction that I enjoy going there. Stop by and check it out and you'll see for yourself. more

Not the most value, but tremendous retailer 9/9/2005

Nice place to shop for sporting goods. The place isn't built to be ultra modern, or impress you with it's surroundings. It more then makes up for it with it's great knowledge, and great staff. They have a decent selection of a variety of sporting goods. Not the best prices in town, such as the multi sports chain, however I feel there not there to compete against them, but give shoppers another choice amount the wide number of sporting goods stores. There fishing products are great, be sure to stop by. more

like father like son, both of them are great folks 8/12/2005

from dave sullivan to his son, this place has served san francisco for many years with their sporting goods. i go by there for some ski needs and for golfing needs. they have a pretty good selection. while not as good as some prominent sport shops, it's close to home here. right down geary blvd. parking is a bit hard around here though. great folks. i love them. more
