If you are looking for both quality and great customer service, look elsewhere. The quality of work has been average, but customer service is horrible. The lack of professionalism and integrity is minimal at best. From my experiences with Hopkins Honda, the largest issue is poor customer service. They do not greet you in a timely manner with servicing, are not reasonably priced for standard maintenance, lack professionalism in communication and in my experience used ignorant and disrespectful language with a customer. I would like to stress that I have not experienced quality issues but was embarrassed for them with the lack of respect for customers. more

I would not buy a car from this dealership. We picked up the car with a quarter tank of gas in it. They are NOT customer focused! more

Hopkins Honda located in Hopkins MN, is your average run of the mill Honda Dealer. They are located on the North side of town on the dying end of main street, Luckily for them they are building a brand new facility a few miles away, which is much larger and should bring in much more traffic. This is a Full service Dealership, with sales, parts, and repair. The few stops I have made to this dealership have been somewhat disappointing, both times I stood around for 15-20 minutes waiting to be helped, both times I finally just left. All the salesman where either busy on the phone, or busy gabbing with other co-workers, not impressed. Since they are so close to me however, I will probably buy my next Honda from them, but I sure wish the customer service would improve. more
