Chop Chop Salads is located in the Food Court on 3rd and Columbia. For only $2.99, you can get a small hand-tossed salad, or a bigger one for a bit more. The small is plenty for lunch, though. The Bourbon Street Chicken is my favorite -- greens, chicken, red peppers, peas, bacon, honey mustard dressing, chopped peanuts on top. They have other great combos and ingredients. Jason the salad guy is upbeat, too!
