The Comm. Ave. Association on the Packard's corner is convenience to help you to find help in the Allston, Brighton and Brookline area. But the agent that I encountered had a very slow pace in helping customer to find a right apartment. They just don't have the enthusiasm to help you in the process of finding your needs.
