This is a smaller resaurant located in Old Town Monrovia. The street parking is always free and pretty easy to find (except on Friday nights due to the street fair). They serve free fried wonton strips with an interesting apricot jam. At first I though if was strange but the apricot jam grew on me and now I think it's great. They have a full bar and an extensive menu. The owner has been there every time I have gone which gives it a real mom-and-pop feel. The food is really good. I think it is more authentic than many Chinese restaurants but still serves favorites like orange chicken, etc. The prices are reasonable, I'd say about $8 per family style entree.
