Stay away from them. They ripped me off, overcharging parts and # of hours ridiculously. I asked them to fix a leak from the A/C system in my place. It turned out that the problem was from just a PVC drain line blocked. It was just to be replaced with new one. It took about 30 min for one of their technicians to get it done. But, see how much they charged: Labor: 290 for 1.5 hour (= 110 for the first 30 min + $180 for 1 hour after the first 30 min). Part: 85.14 (= 65.14 for EZ Trap EZT-226 + 20 for use of air from air spraying tank to blow out drain line (Are you kidding???)). So, total they charged: 375.14 (=290 + 85.14). Compare with my comp here: Labor: $110 for 0.5 hour. That was it, because the extra hour he took was for checking up compressor which I didn’t ask at all and documenting that appeared done in a sleazy tempo (it took tool long for him just to write up on a paper). Part: 20.00 for EZ Trap EZT-226 (I found one for $13.23 with the minimum effort on the internet). So, total cost that should have been fair for me: 130 (=110 + 20). Also, I had to argue with him, because he made a mistake adding another hour on his calculation. I don't believe it was really a mistake. One more thing… Don't be fooled by their service contract. It is just another tricky way for them to take more money from you sooner or later. The bottom line: Don't ask them to do anything. Better off find other guys to take care of your system. more

At the outset , might appear expensive, but they do a good job. A tad bit expensive with labor charges around 140$/hr, but very reliable. If you enroll with their annual maintenance plan which has one free annual check for the each - heating and AC system, the labor is free, but one has to pay annual contract fees. However, they do come and fix stuff free of charge should anything go wrong during the contract period.There is a 10% discount on equipment required for repair too with the contract. more
