When it comes to this store, site to store just isn't the way to go with this one. Most of the employees aren't even aware that they have site to store pick-up. When ordering something online, you walk in say your name and then they will more than likely tell you that your not even in the system. When I contacted the main office, 1-800-910-6704, I told him that I had already gone to the store and made an off the shelf purchase of lights and if he could put the $25.02 back onto my card. He said that he wasn't able to do that, and that he would email me an online gift card to retrieve from my email. Home Depot had my email address incorrect. Last week, I received a phone call from a girl named Brandy who told me that my purchase was ready for pick up, when I went there, I was asked if I had purchased my items using a different name. I know who the heck I am. This has been a nightmare. I'm not even sure that I will get my gift card that I really don't even want. Its either I take the gift card or lose my money altogether. $25.02 don't seem much to some but it does for me.
