Citrus Counseling Center does offer some unique groups and workshops that may be difficult to find elsewhere. On the other hand, the overall level of care and professionalism is lacking, especially when it comes to individual therapy with their clinicians. The front office is disorganized and chaotic. Billing problems and their lack of follow through with insurance companies seem to be common occurrences. I have found that calls placed to the office frequently go unreturned. This office simply does not have the level of consistency and experience to be able to help many clients in need, especially those in any kind of serious crisis.
