I was playing basketball three years ago and I seriously injured my back while performing a twist and roll move to the basket. It left my back muscle, possibly torn. So I went to see a physician who I heard was great with helping people with sports injuries. Boy, were my friends off skew with their recommendation. Mr. Cohen does know what he is talking about but that's where all the good things stop. After going through so much therapy with him, I didn't feel any more better and my back was still in pain. It gradually got better but that was when I started adapting my own training regimen to strengthen my back. So good riddance to him but good advice.
