This is not your run of the mill barbershop. They offer manicures and tanning. Hey men have to look good too! This is one of my favorite shops to come too. It always smells so good and my barber is excellent all my hairs are perfect. I even sometimes get a nice shave in as well. Sometimes you have to wait awhile for a chair to be free but it is worth it. And besides there is always some sports programming or movie on the tv so the time flies by. more

I visit Continental Hairstyling because the same barber I have used since my childhood works there. He and the other barbers on staff there do a good job on men's and boys' hair. The place also offers tanning and manicures, neither of which I have utilized. The atmosphere is laid-back and comfortable. The TV is always showing news or sports, they have magazines available, and they also provide a daily newspaper for the waiting area. Appointments aren't required unless you're like me and always go to the same barber. Prices are very reasonable at under $15 for a cut. Parking is plentiful as the shop sits among a retail center including Super Fresh. Definitely worth a try for those in the Philadelphia area who may be looking for a barber. more
