Bad Customer Service 12/20/2011

I appreciate that ATT is the "big dog", but they are not impressing me any time I have been in one of their stores. Spent half hour waiting for service about 6 months ago when I had to buy a new phone after mine was stolen. Then went back today to try to buy a new phone and all the guy could do was ask me question after question, yet never listen to my answers! I had a plan for a Christmas gift and he would only recite protocol. Well, my protocol now is to go talk to Verizon! more

Cingular Wireless 6/16/2005

We have been really happy with our cellular service from Cingular Wireless. They have a family share plan which is very accomidating, and we found their mins per plan to be reasonably priced. They also have free mobil to mobil within Cingular and ATT wireless customers, which frees up a lot of airtime to call friends who don't have their service. They give you a new phone every 2 years, also. more
