Colter Bay Grill 4/12/2006

This is a popular place for large groups of friends to meet up. You can either do drinks or food. If you are inclined you could even do both. This place has some great specials and the crowd here is always fun. It is always a fun atmosphere. They have some great beer specials too. more

More Real 4/4/2006

This place has a more real feel than some of the other bars in the area that people go to and pretend to be someone that they are not. The crowd is typically your professionals and grad students sometimes. The environment is laid back and allows you to be who you are and not have to pretend to be someone else. It is a nice change from numerous other bars in the area. more

This is one of my favorite places to hangout on the weekends. The bar scene here is better than the fakeness that does down at other bars in the area. There is a good mix of young professionals here, who are all looking to have a good time. The bar does get packed some nights so be aware. more

This is a fun place to socialize with friends. The bar is always filled with a fun loving crowd. They have some great drink specials but this is a popular place so beware you may have limited options for seating and standing. They also serve food here. The food is average, nothing special but they do have some healthy options. more

The Gumbo is the best I've ever had! It's a meal in itself. Colter Bay has lots of great specials - and good food every day. It's conveniently located at Delaware and Allen downtown. Good food, fast service, open for lunch and dinner and on weekends. They have fabulous french fries - but lots of choices for sides (including healthy options like grilled veggies). more
