Tasty, But Expensive 8/29/2005

Marmalade Cafe on Montana in Santa Monica has delicious bakery goods if you are looking for a scone or muffin with a cup of coffee. However, if you are looking for a cake or a couple of slices of cake for a party, or if you are looking for some pasta dishes to take home, it is pretty expensive. The pasta/side dishes are good, but not great. more

Marmalade Cafe is the very best in local dinining if you are in the mood for fresh and tasty salad or pasta options. I especially love their poached salmon and balsamic vinegar salad. They also offer a huge selection of baked goods, and their brownies are to die for! I would highly recommend, though the place is rather on the pricey side. more
