I recently visited the new Constitution Center in Old City. First the building itself is beautiful. Second the displays are very well done - lots of archives, some of which are not so well known, including early drafts of the constitution. The museum does not overwhelm you with information which is nice. Also it is huge, so you don't feel people are trampling over you. A couple of things were a little cheesy: the People dressed like Ben Franklin or Betsy Ross who would try to engage you in a conversation came across as insane. I guess if you are an out of town guest this would be nice.
