Damaged Car - Terrible Customer Service 10/20/2008

Ripped the top on my convertible all the way across the top so it flaps down. Unsellable now due to the negligence of this car wash. The owner was belligerent and uncooperative and refused to accept responsiblity or offer restitution, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!!! Do not go here, go down the street to Danny's Car Wash by the 101 and Bell Rd. more

Type the title here for your review of TNT Carwash 11/6/2006

They suck. We were charged an extra $5.00 because the vehicle had some mud on it. This was not off road mud but mud from a construction zone. NOT heavy mud! They didn't even have the courtesy to tell us that this extra charge was being added and it came as a shock at the cashiers counter. Too late to cancel because the vehicle was already being cleaned. We were regular customers, no more. Too many good car washes out there to tolerate being charged extra to wash my vehicle. ( this is supposed to be a car wash, right?????) more

Excellent car wash 8/5/2005

TNT Carwash is an excellent place to get a car wash in Surprise. Their prices are very reasonable and have always done a great job. They also offer a great waiting area inside and outside. They also have snacks, drinks, etc. there to buy inside. Outside they have several tables and a playhouse for the kids. more
