I have a friend starting with these guys. They have done a lot of business in santa rosa and the founder has made alot of money. Initially I am warry of a mortgage company that has made too much money off the clients. I think they probably are not giving the best interest rates possible. Probably trying to find the loans with the biggest kick backs. I am still in the investigation stage with the guy I am working with. I have high hopes they will be able to help me.
