sorry about Tenpachi. I have had two bad experiences, of making appts for coloring after my first excellent experience. Both times, the salon was not able to find the records from my colorist. One time is perhaps excusable; not twice. You would think they would either keep a record somewhere, or at least be sure to have info on hand before the customer comes in for an appt. Instead, the receptionist (who must be practicing for the next Academic Award for unstudied slackerdom) says: well, it's your choice -- for what? an appt with someone who probably has even less clue than she does, or make another appt? Nein, danke!
