BEWARE!! RIP OFF ALERT!! The owner at A1, Jay Radichio, WILL RIP YOU OFF!! I came in for a quick oil filter replacement and it cost me more time, grief and money that I could have ever expected.. He took weeks to not even fix my car right and he still tried to charge me. He kept saying parts were coming, etc., and I only find out that he never even looked at it, he was SCAMMING me. Finally, I went down to get my car back, after an hour of arguing he finally threw my keys at me and told me to take it, yeah, thanks for giving me my car back! I took my car straight to another mechanic and the new guy found out not only did this guy Jay never touch my fuel filter, he also obvious did damage to the battery terminal on purpose, so he could say I had other problems he needed to "fix." This guy literally made my car WORSE and tried to charge me for repairs he did not do. How is this guy allowed to stay in business!!??? BEWARE!! DO NOT GO TO A1 AUTO - OWNER JAY WILL RIP YOU OFF! more

Doyle Sharp runs this shop and he knows everything there is to know about Honda and Acuras. In fact, his shop only does these cars. I've heard of him taking a VW or Toyota for long-time friends, but pretty much he'll only take your Honda or Acura. That's because Doyle is specially trained by Honda and ran a dealership shop for years before striking out on his own. You'll get exactly the same level of service you would at a dealer at half the cost. He's not the cheapest, but he's very honest and thorough. Doyle never tries to gouge you and is upfront about your options. There's noone else I'd rather take my Civic to! more
