We needed some bdu's pressed and ended up getting the wrong pair of pants back. My husband's name was written in the original pants and they were a large. We got a x-large back. So after waiting 2 weeks to let them find them, they didn't have any luck. I was original told they would be replaced. So I asked that, that be done.. not a problem but the owner wanted to buy them herself. So I called the place on post and asked if she got a better deal. The manager on post said no they buy them for the same price as everybody else. She also gave us a tip of information that, usually business's like the one above buy them from "second" stores.. where the pants would not meet the military standards that they should. The pants that were lost were only 4 months old. I did not want something that was faded I wanted a brand new pair since they were lost and could not be replaced in the quality they were taken in. She argued back and fourth about her buying them I insisted her cut me a check or show me a receipt of her buying them from on post she declined. So after telling her I would let others know how she treated this matter, and I would also write a column in the newspaper she decided to give me a certain % of what the pants cost since they were not brand new but used a couple months. I accepted. I will NEVER use this cleaners again for ANYTHING!
