The staff is always very helpful when answering questions and concerns. I can usually get an appointment the same day for a sick child.If not the same day it will be very quick. They are very good about returning phone calls and working around your schedule to schedule appointments.
The waiting room , exam rooms, and restroom are always clean. My children are very comfortable going there from my 12.5 year old down to my 2.5 year old.
