Well, I guess this will be a comment. I would start by saying I am appalled at your customer service. I was with you for close to 7 years I believe. In that time, every time I had to come to your Wasilla office for anything it was a horrible experience. You had or have exactly two ladies in your store that know how to do their tasks. That’s it, everyone else is rude and very untrained.
My biggest gripe is within one year’s time I went through 3 smart phones with your company. The first, the Here, should never have been released. Instead of taking the piece of crap back, I had to pay another horrendous fee. Then I GOT A MILESTONE, ANOTHER JUNK PHONE. I went a head and paid the upgrade fee and got a desire, which broke and your insurance wanted another 150 bucks. So roughly, in less then 4 months I bought almost 600 dollars worth of phones from you. On top of that I had purchased another phone for a business, which I never really used. At some point the phone was stolen, when I noticed the bill and called acs. I was charged 800 dollars in less then a month. I was offered no help or suggestion on what to do. I have unlimited on my main phone and this one was not supposed to be being used, as it was stolen.
After 7 years of service and all the smart phones I have bought, plus dealing with your customer service, some help or offer should have been made to help mitigate the theft problem, and definitely for all the stress and money I have shelled out to you over the years. I really felt obligated to take my business else where. Your service department is rude and I have never been treated worse by another phone company. I will go a head and forward this to the better business borough.
