When I went for a prosthesis fitting I was not asked what I wanted. She just picked out one which ended up being smaller than my real breast. The bras were not what I wanted but was never given a choice.The clerk was rude like she had better things to do than help me. I thought it was because Im on medicade but I guess this store is just awful to everyone. more

I went to get a Mastectomy Bra and a Left Breast Prosthesis. Marni is a idiot, she sold be a bra to small and the Prosthesis that was to big for the bra she sold me. I complained for a year. I went back and ask for a bra one size bigger and I was told my Marni that she will not let me try on a bigger bra and refused to sell me one. When IS left that shop one hour later I had a Stroke. If you have breast cancer please do not go there It's not worth the stress. I did find a place that treated me with dignity and respect. Stay far away from this store more

I was at a loss for nursiung bras because I am very heavy chested. No one was measuring me correctly, and then I found Judy's. They are so nice, measured me perfect, had a great selection for the G cup I needed. My toddler son was with me and they were so patient with him, and I also needed to nurse my newborn and they were extreamly patient with that too. They are also able to order if you need more than what they have or would like a diffrent color. They completly cater to you and bring you eveything and give advice on what they think will work bst for you. They also do alterations on their garments if you need it. I tell all my friends about them!! more

I would never recommend this business. There is a ZERO return/refund policy which they do not feel the need to mention while you are in shopping. The bra I purchased itched some while I was in the store. I had one associate tell me that it was probably starch and would wash out. Another said that it might be the material. I went home and tried it on the next day after showering and my skin turned bright red. I immediately went to return it--tags still on within 24 hours. I was told I should have known better and that there was a no refund whatsoever policy. The sales associate would not document my attempted return of the merchandise nor would contact the manager for me. Customer service after the sale is non-existent. Do not make my same mistake by listening to the sales people here. I am out $120 with no bra to wear. more

I am so displeased with this business and I will never go back, nor will I reccomend them to anyone. I am a nursing mother and before I conceived I was a 38DDD on one side and a 38DD on the other. They fitted me for a maternity bra that looked amazing under my shirt. I went home and tried to feed my daughter and the bra is restricting my larger breast- my daughter cannot latch on. I called the company the next day and told them the bra isn't allowing me to feed my child. They told me they do no refunds or exnahges but after I expressed my dissapointment they told me to come back in. So I put my 8 week old back in my car and drove all the way up there (45 minutes one way) and they told me that the bra fit fine and they wouldn't do anything more for me because it was already worn. Such an unprofessional business. Although they are correct- the bra does fit (like a NON nursing bra would- but this nursing bra doesn't fit my breasts)- my child cannot latch on because of the shape the bra forces my breast to take. They won't take refunds or exchanges on anything worn- HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN IT DIDN'T FIT UNLESS I WORE IT???? more

I went to this store to find a hard to locate replacement part for my Medela breast pump. They had it, and it wasn't expensive, so I was very happy. I called first, and the saleslady was very helpful and friendly. When I got there, I saw that they had a very large selection of nursing bras and harder to fit and find bras. They were very helpful and took the time to make sure that I got what I could afford, the colors I liked, and the perfect fit. I really appreciate them being down here in Tacoma, because they are a one of a kind shop providing a much needed service for a variety of women. Kudos to Judy's! PS - they lock the front door, so you have to ring the doorbell to get in. They do this because it is an intimate apparel store, and if they are doing fittings, they don't just want random people walking in on you! It's not the best location either. more

I have gotten a lot of intimate apparel here over the years and they have been wonderful. They personally fit you and are very nice and knowledgeable in their products. They are a bit pricey but when you are wanting the perfect fit you have to be willing to pay the price. The hours are not great...they are only open on the weekdays so for people that only get out on the weekend this is not the place for you. more
