Our experiance with one of the 3 employees that came out to replace our windows was not so good. I will not go into all of the details, but simply stated, he (Jason) was rude and unprofessional When an employee performs work for the public, he or she is representing the business that pays their wages. Employees representation is PARAMOUNT in how the business is perceived and if the customer returns and/or recommends them to other potential customers. Sad to say for Grizzly Glass,, this individual has no business working with the public in any capacity and is a detriment to the business. This is reason why I will not be doing repeat business with Grizzly Glass or recommending them to others. There are plenty of other good Auto and Window Glass companies out their that pride in their customer service….
