Happy Smogs is located in Oildale on the corner or Roberts Lane and Airport Drive. Across the street is a Yum Yum Donuts and a Jr. High. I always hate smog time and going to Happy Smogs in the past made it a little easier. Their prices are usually cheaper then some of the other smog shops in Bakersfield plus you can often find a coupon in the phone book for their shop. The building isn't that attractive but the staff gets the job done right and will sometimes give you tips on what to do to get your car to pass smog.
