DO NOT BUY promotional packages from this salon! First, the service there is awful. A receptionist offers you tea or water? Not here! Forget it, as well as friendly smiles. Second, the personnel is pushy and while servicing you makes you buy other extremely overpriced services. Third, the services mentioned in the package aren't worth the price. For example, the "mini-facial" includes just cleanser, scrub and daycream (I do this routine twice a day, why do I need to go to a salon for that?), and the "skin analysis" is the funniest I've ever seen: the girl touches your skin and says, "your skin needs hydration". Of course it needs hydration, as any other skin. A haircut included in the package looked as if she was cutting my hair with her left hand in the darkness. Everything is a lie there: the price is never pronounced before the service is performed, and after the service IS performed, you cannot believe your ears - it is more expensive than with the best stylists in the city. This salon is hands-down the worst salon I've ever gone to in my life. If I had not already paid for the trip (due to a special promotional deal) I would've walked out as soon as I got there. The stylists and receptionist were rude and pushy, the space was cramped, and, inexplicably, they blared Elvis music the entire time. I saw roaches crawl on and around the pedicure basin as an unaware client soaked her feet, and the receptionist and a man I took to be the owner smoked constantly inside the salon--and this is after Bloomberg's smoking ban. I can't say strongly enough that you should avoid this salon! more

I did not like this hair salon because the stylist pushed me into getting services done that were outrageously priced without mentioning the costs beforehand. I was deserted halfway through the highlighting treatment so my stylist could do another appointment inbetween, and she tacked on a bunch of extra costs to my bill. I've never felt so duped in my life. more
