The food at Genghis Khan is amazing...but that probably depends on what spices, etc you choose for your food. After all, you have full control. I just do chicken, leeks, carrots, 2 scoops of every sauce except only one of the oils and one of vinegar and LOTS of ginger. My husband does TONS of meats, veggies, etc, and makes his much lighter and sweeter than mine. We both love it. The best thing to do is play with it till you know your routine. You can go up as many times as you want, so get a small bowl, pick your sauces (by the way, the more sauce the better as far as being flavorful) and try it. Then go up, get another bowl and adjust.
The price is a BIT high, but it is on par with other mongolian BBQ restaurants, and Genghis Khan is nicer inside than most of the others in town.
