Irresponsible Staff 11/5/2008

The Staff at the Cumming office are horrible. They are not compassionate at all. They hide behind voice mail and emails disguising it as customer service. They are not equipped to handle simple requests such as calling in your prescriptions to Medco. I am telling everyone I know about the distressful experience I had on 11/5/08 when I wasn't allowed to speak with my doctor even after I had expressed that I was suicidal. They disconnected the call. My therapist had to be called to save my life. more

Irresponsible Staff 11/5/2008

Bad: The Cumming office staff is horrible. They refused to call in my prescription to Medco Pharmacy or fax in the request. How is calling in the prescription into Medco different from calling it into CVS?. more

Great doctor and physicians assistant 8/1/2005

This practice is WONDERFUL. Same day apointments are always available for non emergent, but "need to be seen same day" problems with less than an hour wait, once there. Employees are friendly and efficient. I have only seen one MD and she diagnosed my problem quickly and prescribed a medication that began working within 4-5 hours after I got home. I cannot say enough about the physicians assistant that I see. I trust her completely and feel that she is very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommend this practice! more
