not only did they get my car running better but i got my oil changed cheaper than i could do it myself.

Above & Beyond 2/27/2011

I was very impressed that the Auburn store went above and beyond when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The tech’s at Auburn noticed my muffler was hanging down, so they fixed it up for free and et me know what it would be to install a new muffler. I was very happy and have since gone back to get my muffler changed. more

excellent treatment at the Fife store! I was taken care of “above and beyond what he expected”. Receivied additional services at no charge. Im very satisfied with the Fife store and will continue to visit the Fife location as well as suggest this store to my friends and family. more

I was given an estimate for repair. It just so happened that the quote was low and the manager there had a fit. he was mad that he had to honor the price. I dropped off my car and with in 5 minuted I received a call telling me that my car, 1995 dodge neon, was different from other 1995 dodge neons and that it would cost me almost 200.00's more to have a catalytic converter installed. Horse crap...the manager was mad and did not want to honor the word of his employee.. i have tried contactimg him, and of course he is never in or with a customer. poor customer service.... more

horrible 12/11/2009

all i wanted was a brake job done, now i cant even drive my car anymore, thanks to bucky. wont help me with my problem, that they caused and totally ignore me. they messes up my brakes while putting new brake pads on, all happend in the shop, everybody was aware of the problem that they caused but noone cared. watch out. more

friendly service, no hard sell 7/31/2005

I really liked the friendly service at Buckys. I felt like they were honest with me about all the options available for my car and didn't try to sell me the most expensive option. They completed my car repair quickly. I wouldn't recommend the waiting area, it is very small, so bring a good book or find some shopping to do in the area. more
