Just Amazing 6/27/2018

My experience with Mr. Sparky has been amazing. Justin came out last week to fix a light in our house and I found out he was an old co-worker of mine. That turned out to be the best thing. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Always on time and helps answer any questions. My husband and I are happy to have found him and this company. We will definitely be keeping this company and Justin on our fridge for future fixes. I am very pleased with the service her provided and the service of the people answering the phones to make my appointment. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!!! more

My first experience with Mr Sparky as part of my annual plan. Peter was prompt and advised me by phone ahead of the appointment of his arrival. he was thorough with the inspection and gave me all the details of a concern that turned out to be a normal operation of the GFI. I love it when there is No Problem Found and confident if we needed a repair it could be handled on the spot by this Great Team. more

Ron is the best! 5/18/2018

Ron has come to check the electrical things in our home for at least a year or more. The last time he came we talked about the problem of not having heating in the lower level of the house. The heater we did have was very old and couldn't be used because it was unsafe. After looking at the heater, Ron explained the work involved. the length of time to do the work, and the cost of doing it. We asked him to do it. Yesterday, Ron and his assistant came and did the work. They cleaned up the room, explained how the heaters work, and made sure that we understood. My husband can now watch tv in his "man cave" without freezing. more

Jesse was very professional. He explained exactly what needed to be done, issued a quote, and then came back to perform the work when I schedule it. He dug right in and finished the work as scheduled. Everything works as it did before and all the questionable wiring is gone. I'd use Mr. Sparky and Jesse Dill again without question. Outlet Repair 7/27/2017

this was my first experience with Mr.Sparky and I was very impressed with the service starting with the initial call, I spoke with Missy and explained my situation to her, she great job getting me set-up with an appointment that worked around my schedule, my technician Peter S. called me when he was on his way out to my house, hopefully I didn't keep him waiting too long as I was coming from work. did the inspection on my outlet and I have an appointment set to replace it out. did a great job explaining what the repair will entail and the time frame it will take. came away very impressed with the experience and plan to use them again in the future.. more
