Climate Master Pro 12/2/2020

I had Climate Master's install a new 95% efficient furnace and A/C 10 years ago. I have them out spring and fall to check the system. All of their servicemen have been respectful, polite, know what they are doing.. answer any questions I have.. The current serviceman is Moe and he is great. Also their office manager Kimmie keeps everything in order ... Would highly recommend them for new systems, or service on any system. more

Climate Master Mechanical 12/12/2019

My furnace got something caught in it and I called Climate Master Mechanical and they were able to get Mo out to my house same day to take a look at my furnace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job and the price was great. more

Mo was our service pro. Nice and respectful young man. He came in and right away put on shoe coverings. Found the problem to our furnace right away, A bad capacitor, fixed it in a timely manner and was satisfied with the price. Thank you Climate Master, more

Great service. Mo very thorough, professional, insures the work area is clean after job is finished. Advises of potential problems & what solution is available. No high pressure. Kimie always prompt on scheduling, call backs & advising when tech is on way. Both extend all courtesies to insure customer is satisfied. Been customer for several years & never disappointed.happy trailsh more

The team came out right on time to install my new furnace and central air conditioner. All were pleasant and friendly. They put down mats so as not to dirty the carpeting. They were efficient and professional. I am very happy with the installation from Climate Masters. I have had them coming out for 17 years to maintain my old furnace and have always been happy with them and will continue to use them. more

Climate Master is Great! 5/1/2017

We have used Climate Master for over 10 years to maintain our furnace and air conditioning unit. Kimie calls us to schedule our inspections/cleanings, and always calls before the appointment as a reminder. Shawn is friendly, knowlegeable, thorough and always explains what he is doing clearly and simply. He covers his shoes before walking through the house. I would recommend Climate Master to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable company to service their heating/air conditioning. more

Furnance/Humidifier Servicing 12/15/2016

Everything went great. From the beginning I was contacted by the office--Kimie--and also received an email letting me know who my contact in the office was and who the technician doing the servicing would be, Shawn explained a lot of things about the furnace and humidifier systems and made recommendations on things I could do to keep the systems working better. I look forward to Shawn coming out in a few months to service my air conditioning system. more
