24/7 service is a false statement!!!! This a is the 3rd issue we've had with a $16000 new unit in less than a year. The owner, Keith Schmidt, gave me his cell phone number the last time with assurances to call him if anything was needed. 5 phone calls to him and another 5 to his answering service....nope...not one callback from Keith or a technician. So ... If you, Mr. Keith Schmidt, owner of Schmidt Mechanical, stand behind your word, why didn't you, come out and assist with our issues with our $16,000. AC unit purchased from you just a little over a year ago in July 2015!! If you didn't have a technician to facilitate the on call service as stated throughout your advertisement, then "man up" as the OWNER of SCHMIDT MECHANICAL, don't hide behind an answering service... OWN IT.. After all.. It is YOUR COMPANY!
