[NOTE: All Bakkers locations send their laundry and drycleaning to their Kirkland plant.] I'm not impressed with their laundry (shirts often have ironed-in wrinkles) and their dry-cleaning was merely adequate. Beware their damage compensation policies. Go elsewhere with valuable garments. more

Customer-friendly policies 1/11/2007

I appreciated Bakker's service. I had a beaded dress I wanted to have cleaned and another chain wanted me to sign a blanket release. Bakker's release only released responsibility for the beading, which I thought was reasonable. The dress came back clean, in good shape, with all of its beads as far as I can tell. Your first order is discounted 40%, and now (about two months later) they've sent me a 40% discount card too. more

Well priced and friendly 7/30/2005

When we moved to the neighborhood, we tried out several dry cleaners in the area. Bakker's was the best of the lot. Their prices are reasonable and they also offer a stamp card to provide an additional discount. They generally take ~3-4 days to get clothes back to you, but can be faster if you ask. more
