Crown Village 18

First off they have 18 screens but about 10-12 movies that they show during a week. The popular ones get the privalege of 2 screens. It is a nice looking building with their own enclosed parking lot actoss the street. All first run movies are shown here, sadly no art type films however. Just the mainstream films, alot of which are of low-quality(but that is another story). They have stadium style seating which I think is great. Have anyone seen that theaters like this now have Coca-Cola vending machines where you can buy a 20 oz. bottle for only $75 (Ok $4)? There are a few restaurants around here which is always a plus. more

The first time I went to Crown I was blown away. It was cool looking, big and had so many film options. Some of the larger rooms are even better and they have stadium seating, nice comfy chairs, and a good sound system. It's well maintained and the snack bar has some very tempting (and grossly overpriced!) items, but it's still such a good time. They sell gift certificates and offer an online movie club where you get free popcorn and buy one/get one movie offers just for signing up. Free parking too which is also a huge plus. more

This theatre is about thirty minutes from home but the whole family prefers to drive to this one. This theatre has many movies available to choose from and has many showings in one day. I particularly like to go for the matinee because the price is cheaper. It is the cleanest theatre around compared to most. This theatre can get pretty crowded but the line to purchase tickets move fast because they have multiple cashiers working. If you don't want to wait in the line, they also have kiosks where you can purchase your tickets with a credit card and walk right in. No line = no waiting! They also have stadium seating and the arm rests go up so you can sit more comfortably next to your sweetie. I hope you enjoy this theatre as much as our family does. These are great, big, clean theaters that offer a variety of movies at an abundance of showtimes. I like this place because it is clean and roomy and not too far from home. Tickets will run you about $8.50 which is sadly average these days. They also offer a convenient online system where you can pick up the tickets and avoiding the queue line. Big releases can get a little crowded on opening night so be prepared to spend some time in line. Overall I would highly recommend them, but avoid the food unless you really want it because it's a rip-off. I would also recommend coming for a matinee if at all possible - the ticket will be much cheaper. more
