Gresham Toyota Took great care of us I’ve never driven a Toyota Scion before until my husband had it as a rental. I was very impressed on how smooth the car runs! I finally convinced my husband on purchasing a Toyota Scion of our own and he gave in! I suggested going to Gregg Mathews of Gresham Toyota. I hear great things about the man. He took great care of us and found a great deal on our new Toyota Scion! It’s a very roomy car for our family; the kids love it as well! Oh and another thank you to the service technician who helped us during our monthly car maintenance! Great job! more

I really enjoyed working with Mark at Gresham Toyota yesterday. He went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted with all the extras I wanted in me new car. I am completely satisfied with my new Dodge Magnum SE and with the customer service I received. Overall, Mark is the best. FELT NO PRESSURE 10/20/2010

I am writing this letter to praise the service my wife and I received last week when we purchased a Toyota Scion tC from Gresham Toyota. Our experience was fantastic and our salesman. Fred Geobel, was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We felt no pressure and immediately had a very good rapport with Mr. Geobel. Additionally, Ms. Kaye in your finance department was also very helpful and professional. My wife and I have purchased many vehicles over the past 25 years (including four other cars), but this was by far our best experience with any dealership. We plan to post a very positive review online and to recommend your dealership, and Fred Geobel specifically, to our friends! more

Awesome Dealership 10/16/2010

My experience was pleasant from beginning to end. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and personable. I had some concerned about buying a pre-owned vehicle but had everything explained to me very thoroughly. I have since brought the vehicle back for several oil changes and have never had a problem with that department either. Everyone is very friendly. I am still pleased with my car and with the dealership! more

I bought a new Limited Tundra from Gresham Toyota that had bumper damage caused by dealer just prior to purchasing it. (They backed it into a fence post.) The General Sales Manager promised that it would be repaired at their expense when returned at my convenience. I asked for his promise in writing. Both parties signed promise to repair vehicle. Unbeknown to me the copy that they kept stated, “Good for 30 days only” on the bottom of page. The copy I received had this statement cut off! When I contacted the dealer to have the repair work done it was beyond the 30 days and then found out what their copy stated. They refused to repair the damage. The dealership owner was not there at the time so I tried contacting him later. My telephone calls to speak with him were ignored and was told that the owner was “too busy” to return my calls. When I visited the dealership again at a later date I requested to speak with the owner only to have the sales manager hand me a photocopied "Notice of Exclusion" form attempting to prohibit me from visiting the dealership in the future. In my opinion, Gresham Toyota is a very dishonest dealership and I can only laugh when I see their TV commercials claiming such wonderful customer service. In reality they have very poor customer service and they do not honor their word. They only care about a sale of a vehicle and not interested in keeping a PAST customer happy by following through on promised work to be done. There is no way I would recommend Gresham Toyota. i went there today to get a service there was a man that was being very rude when i went to complain to an employee about him i was told his name was bill l. and that he was one of the owners how can anyone recommend a business when the owners treat you like crap more

Buying my car here wasn't the nightmare I thought it was going to be. In fact, it was just the opposite, it was wonderful! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made my car purchase very simple. I recommend Toyota Gresham to my friends and I recommened them if you're in the market for a Toyota! more

We have used Gresham Toyota for all our regular maintence to our Toyota. We have always had great service. Might I add we love our Toyota and have NO complaints about the vehicle either. TWO BIG THUMBS UP! more
