We went to a small shop in our town locally where I found the small heart-shaped what seems to be a jury box cedar with a hiding spot underneath what is most amazed by it and never seen nothing quite like it I am looking forward to searching and seeing if I can find anything else from your company where I live at I live in Kentucky and the cedar box was found in Ohio shops along the roadway was amazed by it more

Whippoorwill Crafts has two locations in Boston- one in the financial district and one in Faneuill Hall. Both showcase handcrafts by artisans that are both beautiful and well-made. There is something for everyone here- from strange metal sculptures and furniture, to handmade cutting boards and jewelry. Everything is unique which means you'll be sure to be getting a gift that somebody won't already have. Prices tend to be on the high side ($400 for a sculpture made of scrap metal), but you can find some items for under $20 as well. I got an adorable spoon rest on my last visit for my sister that was shaped like a cat- for only $15. The real value is in how well everything is made in this store- high quality items are all they carry. more

Whippoorwill Crafts was the only place I could find that one unique gift I required. Everything is hand made inside the shop and completely hand crafted. It is a little bit pricey, but you pay for the quality of the merchandise. Items range from jewelry to light covers, to dishes and knick knacks. There really is something for everyone, there is even a section of kids merchandise which is nice, since sometimes upperclass more expensive stores do not carry children's items. It is a fun store to be in, one does not feel compelled to buy something, or feel as though they can't afford anything offered. Something for everyone! more

What a neat store. All the crafts are made from local and nationally based artisans, and they are all beautiful. There are a wide variety of crafts represented here, from pottery, to glassware, to jewelry. The store is small, and a bit crowded feeling, but the gifts are so beautiful. This is the perfect store to go to for a gift for your mom, or for anyone who appreciates beautiful craftsmanship. The staff is friendly, and I have found it far less crowded than many shops in the area, because it is kind of tucked away. It’s worth a visit! more
