Love Creative Hands! 6/20/2013

We have had birthday parties and just dropped in to paint. Every visit has been enjoyable and my children love it! The staff is friendly and attentive. I really like that the kids can choose to fire their piece or have it dried and glittered to take home that day! more

Lots of fun for all! 8/19/2012

This place is not always crowded; I have been when my granddaughter and I were the only ones there. You can either use regular paints and take home the project after it is sprayed with lacquer or use the ceramic paints and have it fired. more

Not JUST for Pre-schoolers! 1/6/2011

I was introduced to creative hands by my boyfriends sister and I have been in love since. Creative hands is a great way to boost your childs creativity and really excite them about making arts and crafts. For us bigger kids it can also be a lot of fun. Painting is very theraputic. I made my father a ceramic coffee mug for christmas and it was his favorite gift. The prices are more than reasonable. There are tons of ceramics to choose from, in all price ranges, and TONS of different styles- from blank plain dishes for your child to design, to super detailed dragons, horses, wolves, crosses, and even some popular characters like Harry Potter, Spiderman, and Dora the Explorer. The staff are all so sweet and helpful! :) And all in all it's a very good experence. I would recommend creative hands to anyone looking for a gift for that hard to shop person. There's something to be said about making something for someone yourself. :) more

Thank you! 11/6/2006

Thanks so much! I've been wondering about this place so Googled it and your review came up. I think I'm going to take my 17yo niece. She's been depressed, as 17yo's often are, and I think we could do this and chat a bit. Thanks again!! more

Upated from a recent visit! A great place for a PARTY! 9/23/2006

We went to a birthday there and what a great time. The kids all had a great time, it was organized and ran smoothly. So this review is different from my other review, its a review of CH as a party venue. The atmosphere is welcoming to children, its brightly colored and fun. There is a play area for children to wait for either their parents to pick them up or before they start to paint. The prices are reasonable and the kids are given "paint" shirts to put on so their clothes don't get messy. There is a seperate table for the cake that is seperate from where they paint and also a seperate section where they can open presents. A great place to have a party! more

Fun Place to go 8/9/2005

This is a fun place to take the kids for make and take ceramics. You can choose from a large variety unfinished ceramics and then paint them yourself. They then spray the finish on and you can take it home with you after a few minutes. My daughter had a birthday party here and it was a big hit with all her friends. It was lots of fun and the kids love it!! more

Paint your heart out! 7/27/2005

This is an awsome place. You find a piece of potery and paint it. Some can be placed in the kiln others can dry naturally. It is a blast. Prices per piece include the use of paint, glitter spray and kiln. You can buy small peices from 2 and up. Its so much fun... this place is decorated so cute and there is even a play and video center for thoes kids who wish to wait for thier items to drive. We love it here. The staff are so super friendly. more
