My son gave me a "complete detail" as a birthday gift. It included interior, exterior, and engine cleaning. I left the car at 8:30 and they said they would call when it was ready, about 3 hours they said. At 12:45, I called and they said it was ready. They were supposed to call remember, but said they got "busy" and forgot. I went to pick it up and raised they hood to find a dirty engine. The wheels were half done, parts of the interior had not been cleaned, the trunk had not been vaccumed, etc. I asked for a manager, showed him my work order and he said he they had been really busy with Groupon coupons ( I sure my son was a full price customer) and if I would leave it for another hour they would take care of it. I have my car now and spent a couple of hours last night "detailing" car.
Find someplace that knows what the definition of detail means. Don't waste your money at Genie. They don't detail anything, they just rip you off and go over the dirt with inferior cleaning products.
