I went online to buy a Kia Rio at Weston Kia. After submitting my information, a woman named Mayra immediately contacted me to find out how they could help me. I told them exactly what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. We scheduled an appointment to visit the store later in the week. When I went in to the store, a woman named Charlie helped me. She listened to my needs and helped direct me to a new car that fit my budget and needs. While I was doing my paperwork, they pulled my new car right onto the showroom floor by me. When I finished my paperwork, Charlie sat in the car with me on the showroom and showed me where everything was located on the car and how to operate everything. She also gave me a free oil change for my first service. As I was getting ready to leave, the General Manager, Mike Berryman, came over to thank me for honoring their store with my business. Everything was incredibly smooth. This was easily the best buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend Weston Kia to anyone without reservation, and I will certainly tell my friends and family about my pleasant experience with this business.
