Munday's

Munday's is a great place to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner in the heart of Huntington on Long Island. It has fantastic breakfast with all sorts of specialties particularly on the weekends (challah French toast stuffed with chocolate, or sweet potato pancakes) and amazing reasonable lunches (dynamite chicken salad with apricots and home made multi-grain bread) and dinner is great as well. They have a selection of special items each night ($9.95 to $13.95) as well as their regular menu. It's called diner food however it is beautifully served, plentiful, always great tasting, has lots of unique touches and a very warm and friendly wait staff. If that isn't enough my family is telling me to say, that it is great for diners of all age groups - and check out the home made thick luscious milk shakes. We love Munday's! PS: Halloween the entire place is decorated in a scary theme, dark lights and costumes. more

This is simply the BEST diner food I have had in my ENTIRE life. This restaurant is a 60's style diner with a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant seems modest but don;t judge a book by it's cover: this restaurant indeed has exceptional food. The menu contains specials that are native only to Munday's in addition to old favorites. Their cole slaw and french fries are amazing as side dishes. They have a variety of truly amazing foods for low prices. One couldn't expect more. They really do make diner food seem like true cuisine and do it with style. more
