My wife and I have eaten here dozens of times and it's currently our favorite Vietnamese in Denver. Most patrons are Asian with a few Hispanic and Anglos like us. They don't always seat in order, preferring to fill the most seats possible, which has led me to walk out before and now I don't go there unless it's at a time I expect it to be slow. I love the Buns (noodle bowls) and they make an appetizer plate for $17 that will easily feed three. I give it a four star instead of a five because it is frankly sometimes better than others. I suspect that when the parents are away the kids don't cook as well.
Pros: Great Vietnamese food and very good prices
Cons: Somewhat inconsistent in quality and unfair seating practices when busy
