Great trip 7/23/2002

My boys (14 and 16) and I took the trail from Atlanta to the current end. We spent the night in a hotel and came back the next day. The trip was a little hard on the boys and we had a great time. This is a good place to enjoy. Water is hard to find, so make sure you take plenty with you....... We went on a Tuesday and Wednesday so there was very little traffic on the trail. Pros: flat, cool even in summer Cons: little water, few places to stop more
